Shipping Policy

MonyLED.COM offers free shipping by FedEx UPS ground services on all orders placed in the online store, 2-4 business days delivery time from our multiple USA warehouses.  Free shipping applies to all orders and is based on best available shipping methods depending on product and package size.  If customer need faster or expedite express service like overnight shipping or 2 day shipping, there is an additional shipping charge since speedy delivery require high cost by carrier or express company. If there is no time restrain for your order, free gound shipping is good choice. 

Returns Policy

You can only return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay your return freight if the issue is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item.) and send a new or correct one at our own cost .  Returned items that are not the fault of ours are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the order value, as warehouse laborforce is high, they need again check the package status if it is damaged, they need to exchange the box, reprinted the label and barcode  and put into the inventory system to complete the merchandise inbound, so please pay attention to the product details or ask us for  help if you are uncertain if the product is OK for you when you make purchase.  If customer buy the product wrongly and doesn’t fit, return freight should be burdened by customer.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 business days after our warehouse staff receive the goods and confirmed the item is unused as stated, since we cannot sell used items to other customer, which would bring complaint to us, therefore, a instant refund is unaccepted before we get the returned merchandise. You need to inform us the tracking number after shipping the items back, otherwise, the package shall be rejected by our warehouse staff and cause loss during transit, customer would take responsibility if that occurs.

Items Missing or Damaged in Shipping

Customer is responsible for reporting any missing items from shipping packing list at time of delivery.  Customer is also responsible for noting any damage to exterior packaging as it may pertain to a damage claim and must report the damage immediately upon receipt.
